If you know someone who might need my help, please text me at 805/402-7096. Leave me your name, the name of the referral, and the referral's phone number so I can create a contact for them. I will then then be able to recognize them when they text/call for an appointment. I will never contact the referral, but I find it good to know who they are when they text or call, especially if someone is in distress.
If your referral books and completes a 1.5 hour session with me, you get 1.5 hours free!

Session Information
Almost all sessions run at least 1.5 hours. I schedule in wide blocks, so we do not have to stop until you are ready. Being a slave to a clock does not make for a smooth session!
